Booking terms
Bookings and payment
A place paid by card is confirmed only after Stripe reports successful payment. A card-payment place is held temporarily for 15 minutes; incomplete holds expire automatically. Cash is available for group classes and in-person private sessions only and remains marked payment due until paid. Online private sessions require full online payment.
Class passes
A four-class pass costs £28, provides four flexible credits and expires six weeks after purchase. It does not reserve four consecutive classes. Credits have no cash value and cannot be shared unless OGG agrees otherwise.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours before the class or session for an eligible pass credit to be restored or an online payment to be added to the administrator’s refund review list. Refunds are not automatic. Late cancellations and non-attendance lose the pass credit and do not normally qualify for a refund. OGG may use discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Private-session requests
In-person locations, studio availability, customer-home travel requirements and any additional travel cost must be confirmed before a request is accepted. Rescheduling requests require administrator approval.
Safety
Tell your instructor about relevant injuries, health conditions or movement limitations. OGG yoga and movement sessions are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Seek advice from an appropriate medical professional when needed and stop if you feel unwell or unsafe.
Changes by OGG
If OGG cancels a session, affected pass credits will be restored or payment will be eligible for a refund. If OGG changes a group class’s date or time, booked customers will receive a secure link and may either accept the new time or decline it. Declining a changed time qualifies for a full online-payment refund or restoration of the pass credit regardless of the normal 24-hour notice period. Customers normally have 48 hours to respond, or until two hours before the revised class if sooner. An unanswered booking remains reserved and is flagged for OGG to contact manually.
